Love it! Are you branching out from architecture/landscapes or is this a one off?

  I am working on the assumption that the only way to find your limits is to test the boundaries. So, not a one off but not a plan either. It was an experiment and I though the result was good enough to be worth sharing. As such it was rather different from a lot of my experiments. Glad you like it; would be good to have you as the subject some day!

[…] Over the last few months I have been experimenting with some more ambitious studio photography, for learning and pleasure. I used as a starting point some Old Master pictures so that I was learning about composition and lighting as well as photography. The photograph above, which required a lot of post-production assistance was the first result of these efforts.
