There is probably not much to say about Milford Sound, one of the most famous and most-photographed spots in New Zealand. I would only comment that it is practically impossible for any photograph to really capture the scale of the place. However, to give you one sense of scale, the Sterling Falls which feature in these photographs are 150 metres tall, twice the height of the Niagara Falls.
