The taste of Marlborough country

The taste of New Zealand wineries?

We left Nelson this morning and travelled into the Marlborough area, one of the major centres of New Zealand wine-making. I was struck by the vineyard scenery, but even more by some of the winery buildings which have been built in the last decade. As they say, there is no accounting for taste , but there are certainly plenty of tastes to choose from.

An alternate taste in wineries: the Heritage Centre at Brancott Estates who planted the first Marlborough wines in 1975

And yet another view of winery taste.
