Last Friday night we had dinner at Simply Fosh, Mark Fosh’s restaurant in Palma. If yo have the opportunity to go, take it. The building is interesting and attractive. The service is excellent. The prices are reasonable. And the food is stunning. I had guinea fowl ravioli followed by braised beef cheeks. I couldn’t fault either one. Even the seemingly obligatory foam on the ravioli seemed to add taste and texture, rather than be simply a presentational device. I’ll go again next time I’m in Palma.
