Although the main church in Castro is clearly a Chileo wooden church, it is actually much more recent than most of them, built only in the first decade of the C20. It is wood throughout, but covered with tin externally. The yellow and purple paint certainly makes it stand out. This interior, finished throughout in wood, is infinitely more attractive.
