Behind our holiday villa is a large olive grove which I visited at first light this morning. Whoever looks after this grove has much to be proud about; it is full of beautiful mature trees and is wonderfully maintained with the ground free of weeds and the nets in place, ready to be spread to capture this year’s harvest. Lovely.
