Maja has been the energy source behind my developing series of portraits of Polish artists in London. She both crackles with nervous energy and exudes artistic vulnerability as she seeks to achieve her potential as a singer/songwriter.

For these shots she bravely chose to sit herself as a public piano immediately by the Eurostar exit at St Pancras station, and played her heart out.
